Introduction

The Diploma in Medicine of the Elderly is a post-graduate qualification of particular interest to General Practitioners who wish to have their competence in the area of elderly medicine recognised. A Conjoint Diploma, it is awarded by both the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
