Introduction
The Membership of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM) Examination is held annually in Dublin, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Al Ain, U.A.E. Candidates wishing to apply for this examination must first meet the criteria as set out in the Examination Regulations below.

Regarding Portfolio Submmission
Please note that you are required to submit one electronic copy and one hard copy. Both must reach the Examinations Office before the advertised closing date. Any received after this date will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that all electronic copies are PC compatible.
