Clinical Updates

Clinical Updates are designed to take a current medical topic and explore the role and contribution of various specialties in its management. The framework for each update is flexible and open, allowing for a variety of topics and specialties to be included.

The target audience consists of general practitioners, specialist nurses, physicians and other healthcare professionals.

There are eight Clinical Updates in 2011-2012 each focusing on a specific topic. Each session is recorded and made available to Trainees, Members and Fellows of the College as streamed podcasts via the RCPI Online Medical Education Centre.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
All sessions are approved for 3 CPD credits from the RCPI.
