The Royal College of Physicians of Ireland is currently accepting applications for a number of Fixed Term Training Appointments in the following specialties:

- Endocrinology & Diabetes Mellitus
- Gastroenterology
- General Internal Medicine
- General Paediatrics
- Nephrology
- Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Applications are invited for the FTTA programmes in the specialties listed above.  All programmes will commence on 1st July 2010.
Notes:
1. We recommend that you submit your application as early as possible. In the event of your application being returned to you, you will then have time to address the problems and to re-submit the properly completed form before the closing date. We also advise you to submit your application form by recorded delivery.

2.  Closing date and time for all completed applications is noted on the specialty information document.

3.  The administration fee for each application is €100.00 and is non-refundable. 10 copies of each application must be submitted.

4.  It is your responsibility to seek references.  You are required to ask two referees, four in the case of Paediatrics (one of whom must be your most recent supervisor) to complete the reference form and return it to you in an envelope signed by the referee across the seal. You should then include the two separate envelopes with your application. Applications will not be accepted without the references in the required format.

6.  Please note the application form is available in Word 97-2003 format which can be saved.  Do not alter the parameters of the Word 97-2003 form.
