Physicians as Trainers: Interviewer Skills for Panel Members

The final Interviewer Skills course for Panel Members will take place on Friday 24th February 2012 from 9.30am - 5.30pm at The Irish Management Institute, Sandyford, Dublin 16.

This course will be of benefit to Consultants in any discipline that are members of interview panels. This course is open to all trainers registered with a post-graduate medical training body.

Course Content
The course will concentrate on developing interview styles including questioning techniques, employment law and dos and don’ts for successful interviewing. A training DVD has been produced to accompany the course.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
This programme is approved for 6 CPD credits.

Registration
No fee applies to RCPI Interview Panel Members. A fee of €150.00 applies to all other medical practitioners
