The Royal College of Physicians of Ireland is pleased to announce a change to the format of the Part II MRCPI General Medicine Written Examination. From April 2009 the Part II MRCPI General Medicine Written Examination will be composed of two separate Best of Many Question Papers, with 75 questions on each Paper. Both Papers will be conducted on the same day and they will each be of 2½ hours duration.
 

The first Part II MRCPI General Medicine Written Examination in the new format will be held on Tuesday, 21st April 2009. Please note that under the new format, the results for the Part II MRCPI GM Written Examination will now take at least 4 weeks to process.
