The Faculty of Paediatrics, RCPI is holding a Summer Conference on Friday 28th May 2010. The Summer Conference will incorporate a Forum on Child Health Issues and a Research Symposium.  

Forum on Child Health Issues

The Forum on Child Health Issues is aimed at paediatricians and allied specialties in child health and will include presentations on paediatric orthopaedics, paediatric and neonatal transport and child and adolescent psychiatry. This will be followed by a discussion on planning for the future of child health in Ireland

Research Symposium

The Research Symposium aims to provide doctors with information on the practical aspects of research, including the design and development of a research project, tips for publication and mentoring a research project.

The Faculty is inviting doctors to submit research in development for discussion by this expert panel. We welcome submissions of research projects in progress or in the development phase for discussion on how the design or methodology could be improved.  Please email Edel Hynes if you would like your project discussed.
