The aim of this workshop is to equip medical consultants with advanced knowledge and understanding of evidence-based training methods in the development of their role as trainers.

- apply practical solutions to efficient and effective teaching in increasingly busy clinical environments
- employ an effective strategy in managing a trainee in difficulty using current best-practice guidelines, legal policies and procedures
