St Luke’s Day Celebrations, Saturday October 18th, 2008

The programme for this year's St Luke’s Day celebrations, which takes place on Saturday October 18th, 2008 has been expanded and will now include an academic meeting and a 'State of the College' address to all Fellows. 

Speakers at the academic meeting will include Prof Ian Gilmore, President of the London Royal College of Physicians, and Prof Robert Winchester, Professor of Paediatrics, Pathology and Medicine at Columbia University and incoming Honorary Fellow who will deliver the St Luke’s Lecture  - Using Genetics to Unravel Autoimmune Disease.

The Annual Stated Meeting will follow at 5.30pm and will, for the first time include a State of the College address by RCPI President Dr John Donohoe. To facilitate our international Fellows and those not able to attend this address will be broadcast live via the RCPI website.
