Since leadership from consultants is of paramount importance in the drive for patient safety, the Clinical Indemnity Scheme has developed a one-day workshop to provide consultants with knowledge and understanding of Systems Analysis. This training is of benefit to Clinical Directors and Clinicians who will need to conduct and participate in reviews of adverse events including reviews of serious and catastrophic events.

CME:
The workshop has been approved for 6 CME credits by the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
