An ideal gift for those interested in the history of medicine

The Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, historic library. is a unique national treasurer which forms part of the historic legacy of medicine in Ireland. Dating back nearly 300 years. it contains many unique and historically important manuscripts.  

You can play a part in the preservation of this resource  by contributing to the library’s Adopt-A-Book Scheme.  Individuals can sponsor the restoration of an antiquarian book. This is an ideal gift for anyone interested in the history of medicine

The beneficiary of your gift will receive a personalised bookplate added to their book and enjoy the chance to view it on a tour of the College by the the College Librarian Mr. Robert Mills, where he will explain the restoration process.
