We are delighted to announce that we will be throwing open the doors of our magnificent home at 6 Kildare Street for Culture Night this year.
The Royal College of Physicians of Ireland building at No.6 Kildare Street will be open to the public from 5pm to 10pm on Friday 20 September 2019. Visitors will be free to wander around the College, explore the building and discover the history of RCPI and medicine in Ireland.
Culture Night is a unique night in the Irish calendar when a myriad of culture events and activities are staged for free across the city. Culture Night creates an awareness and interest in the rich diversity of cultural organisations such as galleries, theatres, historic sites, museums, public spaces, churches, nature parks and libraries. As an added bonus all events are free of charge.
Culture Night is also a fantastic opportunity for members of the public to visit historic buildings and sites that they may not ordinarily get a chance to see, like ours.
RCPI are delighted to be taking part in Culture Night again this year and look forward to welcoming you on the night.
