Benefits of Fellowship

Becoming a Fellow means that you have been recognised by your peers for your contribution to your specialty and are part of a community of physicians who are operating at the forefront of medicine.

When you pay your annual subscription as a Fellow of RCPI, you have access to an exclusive range of benefits including:

  • Use of the internationally recognised Postnominal FRCPI
  • Your name included in our Directory of Members and Fellows in good standing
  • Voting rights in RCPI Council and Presidential elections
  • Eligibility to stand for RCPI Council and Officers (subject to additional role specific criteria)
  • Eligibility for positions on committees and other roles within RCPI e.g Dean of Education
  • Ability to nominate colleagues for Fellowship
  • Access to CPD events including Masterclasses, webinars and our annual conference, St Luke's Symposium
