William Stokes Award 2011

The Collegiate Members Committee of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the William Stokes Award 2011.   

The William Stokes Award 2011 is open to Specialist Registrars who are currently registered in a Higher Specialist Training programme with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. The purpose of the award is to support and recognise the highest standard of research by Specialist Registrars.

 

Applicants may submit an abstract of their research paper to the Collegiate Members Committee before Friday 9 September 2011.  The research may be either published or unpublished. 

 

A judging process will commence in October 2011 that will conclude with three finalists presenting their abstracts to an adjudication panel during the annual St. Luke’s Symposium on Friday 4 November 2011.
