The next European Diploma in HIV Medicine examination will take place on Friday, 25 September 2026.
Applications are open from 22 April 2026 until 12 August 2026 (5pm Irish time).
The European Diploma in HIV Medicine is a written examination held online via remote invigilation. This allows the candidates to take the exam anywhere in the world, provided they have a reliable internet connection and also fulfil all the other remote invigilation requirements. The European Diploma in HIV Medicine consists of one three-hour paper, with 120 single-best-answer (SBA) questions.
The exam is scheduled to start at 9 am Irish time on Friday, 25 September 2026. Please convert the start time to your local time.
All candidates will take the exam at the same time. You will be provided further information closer to the exam date.
