Meet Darragh

"I have been working with RCPI for the last two years. My team, and the organisation as a whole, have always been very supportive and attentive whenever I’ve needed anything. The work is very rewarding helping RCPI’s mission of ensuring that the medical profession develops and maintains high standards so that patients get the best possible care. It’s a company that I feel passionate about, a position that challenges me and stretches me into different areas, management that encourages and empowers me to do my best, and a great work environment and team spirit."

Our College

Our College has been around for over 350 years and has a rich tradition of leading in healthcare. Our role in society has evolved during this time but we remain committed to helping doctors enhance their skills, competencies and professionalism throughout their working lives.

Our home at No 6 Kildare Street Dublin is steeped in the history of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, housing our heritage collections, wherein you'll find Kathleen Lynn's diaries, Napoleon's toothbrush, and more recently the portrait of the late Laura Brennan, HPV vaccination campaigner.

Meet Diana

I started my journey with RCPI in the midst of the Pandemic. Despite the challenges of that time, I had a smooth adaptation to my role with all the resources the company provided.  The opportunity to be always updated about the company strategy and the relevance of my work for the success of the products and services we deliver got me motivated to keep going on my process of learning and improving.

My skills and talent were constantly explored by my manager in a way that I could feel the value of my work and the possibilities to accomplish my career progression in the company.

After nine months, I was promoted to an Executive, Business Development position and found new ways to contribute to the company and also enhance my professional skills in the field.

RCPI provides an international environment not just for the fellows, members, and trainees but also for staff. Respect for diversity and the recognition of the great value of the intercultural approach in everything we do has made me feel part of the family in an open space to express my gifts as a black woman, Brazilian and Latin American.
