European Board Examination in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism

The European Board Examination in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism (EBEEDM) is a written exam held online through remote invigilation. 

The next European Board Examination in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism (EBEEDM) will be held on Friday 13 December 2024.

Applications are now open and will close on 3 October at 5pm. 

IMPORTANT: For those who are awarded the ESE grant, you will be sent an unique link to the discounted payment, you do not need to apply through the link below.

Applications are now open Please note

This exam is delivered through remote invigilation which allows exam candidates to sit the exam anywhere in the world, provided they have a reliable internet connection. Find out more about remote invigilation. 

  • Verifications are completed up to two weeks after the closing date for applications.
  • Results are sent via email six weeks after the exam date.

ESE Examination Grant

ESE provides a limited number of grants to cover 50% of the cost of taking the European Board Examination in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.

These grants will only be available to ESE members who are in the ‘in-training’ or ‘reduced rate’ categories, and will be for 50% of the registration fee.
