During the 2025-2026 College year, RCPI achieved Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) approval of extension for Online Scope of Provision. The Learning Innovation and Development team also completed the application and submission for the TrustEd International Education Mark, a statutory quality mark awarded by QQI to higher education providers that meet national standards for international learner experience, protection and support. For RCPI, this is an important step in enabling accredited qualifications to be awarded to international learners and strengthening institutional readiness for international education.
In June 2026, RCPI was invited to submit for its CINNTE institutional review. This work includes evidence gathering, self-evaluation, and a clear articulation of how RCPI assures and enhances the quality of its online, blended, and continuous learning provision.
