How to apply for CPD Accreditation for an educational activity
To apply for CPD Accreditation for an educational activity, Organisers must submit the following, at least four weeks before you intend to advertise your activity:
- Completed Online Application Form
- Completed Medical Organiser Declaration (Word, 737KB)
- Details of all Faculty members, including their post and relevant experience (short bios for all speakers)
- Copy of invitation in the form that it will be circulated to prospective attendees
- Copy of advertisement design as it will appear in electronic and/or print media
- An example of the Learner Feedback Form that will be provided to attendees. If an online form is used, a screenshot of the URL and relevant login details must be provided
- Copy of final programme as it will be presented to attendees including:
- details of faculty members, including their post and relevant experience (short bios for all speakers)
- titles of lectures, workshops and sessions
- start and end time of individual lectures, workshops and sessions
All supporting material and payment must be received before your application can be processed.
NOTE: A provisional or draft programme may not contain sufficient information to allow CPD accreditation and will not be accepted.
