We are delighted to present the inaugural Leading for Quality in Changing Times conference in association with the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua).
ISQua is a global organisation whose origins date back to 1985. Their mission is to inspire and drive improvement in the quality and safety of healthcare worldwide through education and knowledge sharing, external evaluation, supporting health systems and connecting people through global networks. Quality Improvement in healthcare is a science that uses sophisticated tools and techniques to systematically introduce and embed changes to healthcare delivery. A lot of the time, these changes are focused on improving a specific local service, such as reducing the average turnaround time in a hospital's Emergency Department.
This practical five-month course will equip you with foundational knowledge of quality improvement methodology.
