Rise is a unique four-week mindfulness and wellness programme empowering attendees to rise to the new challenges of life and work. The programme focuses on enhancing vibrancy, resilience and healthier team cultures.
Grounded in mindfulness and designed to equip busy professionals with the fundamentals of wellbeing, Rise guides attendees to apply practical and effective techniques, which are now more relevant than ever than ever before.
Rise integrates insights from the latest in neuroscience and the most ancient in practical wisdom. Participants leave with a toolbox of simple and effective practices, a refreshed outlook and increased resilience.
The programme is delivered one morning per week, for an hour and blends experiential practices, teaching, discussions and online support materials. The Programme is designed to enable you to leverage mindfulness-based techniques to best live in the present moment.

Barry Lee and John Slattery are your hosts for the Rise Wellness Programme. John and Barry have years of experience facilitating mindfulness and wellbeing training across the Professional Services, Healthcare, Banking, Technology and Education industries.
The weekly sessions kick-off with a 30-minute session where Barry and John share key tips, insights and simple practices across one of the four key themes of the Programme. There will be an option to stay with Barry and John for an additional 30 minutes to do an extended mindfulness practice and discuss as a group how to (a) adopt the learnings of the previous week and (b) to integrate the guidance offered in the week’s session. All of the sessions are recorded so that you can catch-up on any session that you miss out on.
Please be advised that CPD credits are not awarded for attendance at this programme.
On the 8 March, all of those who have signed up will receive joining instructions for the Programme. In the meantime, they are encouraged to hold the time in their diaries (8.30am-9.30am on Tuesdays 9, 16, 23 and 30 March).
