Our annual conference, St Luke’s Symposium, takes place on 14 – 16 October 2020. This year’s symposium will be held as a virtual conference and will host a series of inspiring and enlightening talks and masterclasses from an exciting lineup of speakers.
The symposium opens by linking with the Irish Gerontological Society for an event on October 1st ahead of our 3-day programme which runs from 14 - 16 October. The event, ALONE Willie Bermingham Lecture 2020, will be held online and will be delivered by Dr Mike Ryan, Executive Director at the World Health Organisation's Health Emergencies Programme. The lecture will focus on lessons from COVID-19 and how we can improve care and support for older people in our community. Registration for this event will open soon.
