At RCPI, we are committed to creating a workplace and learning environment where everyone feels respected, valued, supported and able to contribute fully. Through our Wellbeing, Inclusion, Diversity and Equality (WIDE) approach, we seek to create a culture where people can thrive personally and professionally, and where fairness, belonging and wellbeing are embedded in how we work. Our commitment to WIDE is reflected in our Strategic Plan 2025–2029, including our ESG commitment, and across our work as a postgraduate medical training college. It extends to our staff, trainees, licentiates, members, fellows and learners, recognising the different backgrounds, experiences and needs of the people who make up the RCPI community. We are strengthening this commitment through our 2027–2030 WIDE Strategy and our journey towards Investors in Diversity Gold accreditation.
